1. Eligibility 

Only registered tenants who are currently residing at our PG are eligible to participate in the Refer & Earn program.

The referring tenant must inform us of the referred tenant’s name and contact details within 7 days of the referred tenant’s joining in order to successfully map the referral.

2. How the Program Works 

To participate in the Refer & Earn program, the eligible referring tenant must share information about our PG accommodation with potential tenants (friends, colleagues, or acquaintances).

If the referred individual joins and successfully completes the onboarding process at our PG, and continues their stay for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, the referral will be considered valid.

Once these conditions are met, the referrer will be eligible to receive the referral reward as defined in Section 3.

3. Referral Reward 

The referring tenant (referrer) will be eligible for a referral reward equal to one month’s rent of the referred person (referee), as applicable on the date of referral. Any subsequent rent hikes or room changes that alter the rent amount will not be considered for the reward calculation.

The reward will be disbursed in four equal installments of 25% each, starting from the second month of the referee’s stay, and continuing over the next four months, provided the referee continues to stay at the PG.

4. General Terms 

The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

If the referred tenant does not continue their stay for the full 4-month installment period, any remaining installments after their leaving month will not be paid to the referrer.

In case of any violation of PG rules or termination of the referred tenant’s stay for any reason, UttamStay PG reserves the right to recover any referral reward already paid by adjusting it against the referrer’s subsequent rent payments. The decision will be made based on the specific circumstances and at the sole discretion of the company.

If a tenant refers more than one person, the maximum referral reward payable at any time will be limited to 25% of one referral reward. The reward for subsequent referrals will be paid only after the full reward (100%) for the previous referral is completely paid.

For example, if Manish refers a tenant in January and receives his referral reward in four installments from February to May, and meanwhile refers another tenant, then the reward for the second referral will start from June onwards, after completion of the first referral reward payments.

Any disputes regarding the Program will be subject to the final decision by UttamStay PG.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
